sure i use smoke more than anyone i have ever played and infantry smoke is useless

during the war was quite use full but in cc5 not at all, i have seen it used in footage it can make a large cloud with no wind of cause.

infantry smoke never saved any of my men but it should have!

think is that most of CC ppl just don't understand the mechanics of CC smoke.
It does not conceal yer troops like in reality - it just blocks line of fire preventing small arms to hit.
So when u c MG firing at u and place even 1 smoke inf smoke grenade on the tracers way u will make yer inf team invulnerable to that MG (but don't run Wink), so they can just make their way to hedge or house, or sneak to the grenade distance toward that MG.

In August of 2004, Zappi, Homba, Bambam887, RedScorpion and MOOXE all pitched
in to create this Close Combat site. I would to thank all the people who have visited and
found this site to thier liking. I hope you had time to check out some of the great Close Combat
mods and our forums. I'd also like to thank all the members of our volunteer staff that have
helped over the years, and all our users that contributed to this site!
