As my CC5 mod playing SDK was going mental, I decided a full reinstall was in order.

I uninstalled my SDK mod with config manager, then uninstalled the 5.01 patch , then uninstalled CC5. Reboot

I then re-installed cc5, redid the 5.01 patch then rebooted.

When I tried to reinstall the CC5 SDK mod with my config manager, it came up immediately with a failed error 3 message:

"failed to copy c:\progfiles\ssi\closecombatetc\cc5.exe to system\original\cc5.exe (error code = 3)"

Any ideas!? I was loving SDK for our 1st 2 rounds of combat, but now its gone to hell!!!!

oh don't worry, I just fixed it myself by creating an "originals" folder in the system folder of config manager.

Cool

Now lets see if reinstall has fixed our H2H woes!

it may but be not. But it's grantly recommended.
Start a re-install from a clean uninstale. If u used any unplugins mod install, new map, sound mod, etc it may corrupt the install

In August of 2004, Zappi, Homba, Bambam887, RedScorpion and MOOXE all pitched
in to create this Close Combat site. I would to thank all the people who have visited and
found this site to thier liking. I hope you had time to check out some of the great Close Combat
mods and our forums. I'd also like to thank all the members of our volunteer staff that have
helped over the years, and all our users that contributed to this site!
