I know how to install a mod...you use the config manager, put the pln and other files in the right place and then install.
but what if i want to uninstall and COMPLETELY REMOVE a mod and revert back to the original CC5. Is it just a matter of using config manager to uninstall and it takes care of everything?
I want to get rid of all traces of the mods and play original.

Yup. In config manager just right click on the item in the "installed" section and select uninstall. That'll remove it( and put it back in the uninstalled section) and revert back to straight CC.

In August of 2004, Zappi, Homba, Bambam887, RedScorpion and MOOXE all pitched
in to create this Close Combat site. I would to thank all the people who have visited
and found this site to thier liking. I hope you had time to check out some
of the great Close Combat mods and our forums. I'd also like to thank
