Looking good Wruff. I wonder that once the Pzt and Luft are done with these that someone could turn this into a TH Tourny.

looks INCREDIBLY great this mission pack!!!!!
just wondering about using those operations for TH tourney- i think the idea should rather be used than the scenarios themselves, course if Wruff agrees for the idea to be used. The best of it is that the commander is supposed not to know the scenario before the game. so if the scenarios are played in Pzt operation ,they become "known" and the whole charm of uncertainty is lost. then i think a th tourney could be created basing on the idea but with different scenarios.

Hi mik.
The mission results are to be maintained in a secure Missions Pack forum over at Pzt forums, so the missions should retain their charm for those not involved in the Missions Pack this time around. If someone capable will admin this tourney for TH after this Pzt tourney then I'd gladly hold off on posting the missions for public download.
This is the first Pzt Missions Pack in what we expect to be several Missions Packs.
I would like to see the creative ccReq minds in the community take the idea and run with it though. Depending on the greater decision on wether or not this version in particular will be used for a TH tourney, I'll make the results available to the TH tourney admin,.. or to the public if a different version is to be used for a TH tourney. Much will be learned from this first version (rules, regs, etc..). I always try to keep event formats as simple as possible.
I think having a website as a players guide is a good idea for any Missions Pack. An excellent point of reference for those involved. Making things clear (mission overviews, along with the allied and german mission orders), while not giving anything away (BG's, deploys, various time limits, etc..) before the missions are fought.
Wruff

hey wruff, thanks for ur help in keeping it secure. what i ment was, that if a person took part in ur ops, would not be able to play in the tourney then, as would be aware of the details of scenarios. dunno how many people would like to participate in ur ops, but making them choose either Pzt operation or TH tourney might not be fair, there is no need to compete in this area. but if that does not make a problem, then i bet a tourney based on ur maps would be great.
what i have not noticed on ur site, but suppose is there, is an info about a program for screenshots. i got one called "uosu" but remember how i did not know about it and did not know how to get screenshots and made it with print screen to paint, which takes time and requires alt tabbing. so i would add some info to the rules about programs for screenshots available. some less experienced players might be in trouble with that and could refrain from taking part just because of that.

Hello again. Yes. All Pzt and Luft involved have the screenshot util. A link has been provided in the Pzt forums. I'll add a link for UOSU screenshot util to the rules and regs page of the Missions Pack website in case it's used for a TH tourney.
