It appears to be part of an airbase. My first impression was one in Russia, maybe for no better reason it looks cold. I also thought if its not cold it is dry.

Tried Entebe Mogadishu and Volgagrad Airport and on a whim area 51.

I suspect it is a military airbase, I think there are small aeroplanes parked, presumably fighters.

I would bet that it´s a place near Irak, Afghanistan, Iran...

Ok, It's Kandahar International Airport.
Building in the red circle??? I don't know.
Maybe the place where suicide attack killed six people in 2012...

Yes lestayo you are right. This is KAF the place where I first set foot on Afghan ground but that is not what the red circle is about. I remember when being there an US soldier told me and my colleagues upon arrival that this building was the last point of resistance from the taliban when US led forces tried to capture this airfield.
