Sorry Guys, have to open your eyes =))
After Stalingrad and after Kursk no man in Soviet Union had any doubts of who will win the war.
So if you mean air parity with western allies, at western front, it wouldn't matter at all. If you mean eastern front, it would have made the war a lot more bloody.
But Nazis hadn't got any chance to win. That's the fact.

I agree. The question was badly phrased. The Germans HAD air parity at one point while they were moving from air superiority to a condition of no friendly air support. I think you meant to ask to Germany had air parity during 1944-1945. Yes, things would have turned out much differently if Adolf had listened to his military advisors.
