Mellish's death left a huge impact on me when watching this movie.
To this day I consider it to be the most chilling aspect of the movie.
I would be surprised if Upham doesn't go down in History as the most hated character in a movie.
Then at the end when Upham displays that look of confidence as if he is NOW a Soldier just because he shot one enemy soldier (who by the way was unarmed and NOT the one who killed Mellish) pisses me to no end.
