I have played some games where I was wired for hours afterwards. Going over every move again and again.

What they should have asked is "What causes your heart rate to rise more: playing Close Combat or humping the boss' secretary?!"

My Heart doesn`t race, but I do tend to find myself shouting at my monitor when I have men pinned down and perfectly good support units cowering in despair.

i guess that qualifies as a form of exercise then!
