Best lies outside the objectives of the 101:st airborne division, but it might be needed to capture the village in order to secure the Best bridge, which will serve as an alternative route for XXX Corps should the Son bridge be destroyed. 
Best is in a perfect position to launch counter attacks from against the allied forces in and around Son. However, you have little resources to work with. Elements of the 59.Infanterie Division are en-route and once these arrive they should be used to counter attack the allied drop and landing zones on the Son Heath.
