Lent
Lent is XXXth Corps first obstacle after passing the Nijmegen bridge, the terrain is unsuitable for armour and it's up to the 43rd Wessex infantry division to clear the last stretch of road to Arnhem. Push hard and secure the Nijmegen-Arnhem road before the enemy can bring reinforcements into place.

Lent will be the first place to attempt a blocking position should XXX Corps manage to get across the Nijmegen bridges, however scant forces are available to do so. You most likely have to pull back forces from other areas to defend Lent.
