This area on the north bank of the Waal river is a potential site for an assault crossing from the area west of Nijmegen.  After crossing the river, any assault troops must rush across the open ground to deal with German defenders on the dike road, or in the old fort behind it.
This area on the north bank of the Waal river has a few garrison troops and an outpost from a nearby SS artillery training unit.  If you feel there is a serious threat of an Allied assault crossing in this area, you must find more capable forces to meet it and get them here in time!
