One small question lemon42. Can this program be edited for other games? |

Nice job, and thanks for contributing. It never hurts to have options, but as I mentioned in Nomada's thread, separate programs are not necessary for windows users with the /D Switch function of Windows XP |

And I'm even thinking about a mod launcher Why ? Because after 10 mods it's easier to have only one shortcut and start the mod from there. Even I only use it for myself |

What if the mod includes a patched CCE.exe (due to customized interface screens etc)?
What's the best way to install this? Are there special launch parameters for different CCE.exe's? |
squadleader wrote: |
*raises hand*
... Edit: My thinking is the patched/custom exe will be a different named exe...installed in the CCWAR root folder. The Launcher can then point to the custom exe instead? |

CoD5 ? I'm thinking about buying it too but what I fear that it will be as short as CoD4 or even shorter, so a lot of money for little time |

if you can make a version that will use a new exe you also should include the ccresourcedll.dll not necessary but handy for modders. |

One more thing...customized ccresourcedll.dll is essential for most mods...so it should be included in the mod installer tool. |

Okay...I've tested the latest version of CC War Mod Installer.
By adding files (like a custom ccresourcedll.dll file) in the CCWARmodinstaller\mod folder...they will be copied to the root mod folder. Great work, Bernd! Thanks... |
