Close Combat Series -> The Mess

Hi guys, newbie on the forum here although a vet of the close combat series having played every version apart from CC3, the Russian Front.

I have ordered CoI (which I understand is an upgraded version of CC3) from Matrix Games and am awaiting delivery, so a very simple question, will any of the Russian Front Mods featured on this site work work with CoI?

One other thing, having discovered this site I will be dusting down my copies of the CC series for a fresh install to my hardrive. Some of the mods on here look excellent and I look forward to experiencing them.

My thanks in advance to the guys who created them.

CC3 mods have to be 'upgraded' to work with CoI...AFAIK the list of 'upgraded' mods are available at CSO (www.closecombat.org).

As squadleader said, there are many mods for COI, and many more to be made available in the future. Follow his link.

All CC3 maps will work with CoI,but mods must be converted.

Actually you can, but at this time very limited (need the same mod).
