I've started a new mini-mod based on this thread. Basically inspired by the movie Kokoda, the mini-mod will feature Australians (AIF and Militia Units) and the Japanese Nankai Shitai locked in bloody combat in the jungles of New Guinea. Australians and Japanese will field about 3-4 Battlegroups each and the mod will be played on just 3-4 jungle maps.

Nankai Shitai troops banzai charge Aussie forward defence lines, but the Aussies of 2/14th AIF manage to hold the line and massacre the assaulting Japanese. Japanese dead and wounded pile up in front of the Australian defenders. The carnage is more visible with trees removed. Militia Scout details with rank mod installed Aussie Bren Group, survived the Japanese assault and took out a lot of enemy soldiers.
