I just downloaded the new patch v5.01a but when I want to install it, I get the message
"cannot load 'launcher' function in
C:\DOCUME~1\ben\LOCALS~1\Temp\gert0.dll!
Can anyone tell what that means and how I can fix it. |

I did the codec detective and I had to download indeo video 5.1, after installing indeo video 5.1 again close combat 4 started the normal and i now can play this awesome game ones again.

I cann't disable videos in the game options, because I don't get that far.
Do you know where i can download these codec pack and what for old codecs do i need?

I just downloaded and installed xp codec pack 2.3.5 but i still get the error " unable to get format on stream", i don't know if i have to adjust something in the codec pack, i hope you can help me, anyway thanks for your help sofar. |

I have yesterday, after a long time of not playing close combat 4, installed the game, but if I want to start the game I get the error
"unable to get format on stream", does anyone knows how to fix this problem. 
I have windows xp installed, but close combat 5 is running without any problem on xp. |
