Let me elaborate.  I download the plugin and the mappack as .zip on my mac.  It automatically unzips them, then I move them to my PC.

Whenever I try to install a plugin, the config manager says that I'm missing an install.txt file.

I download them on my Mac, which automatically unzips the plugin and the map pack.

Yes I followed the guides.

I download the plug-in on a Mac, it automatically unzips, I put the .pln file on a flash drive and put it on a PC with CC installed on it.

When I try to install a mod in the Configuration Manager it says "Plug-in Afrika4041_v1_1 does not have an install.txt file".  The same thing happens with every other mod I've tried.

I think someone should make NATO map symbols for the section icons instead of having obscure pictures of guys.

By the way, I would do this myself, if I knew how.

PostForum: The Mess   Posted: Thu Jan 08, 2009 3:45 am   Subject: America in a prolonged conventional war
If the United States was engaged in a prolonged conventional war and took many casualties, above all they would be reduced into a conscripted, poorly trained, indisciplined mess. It can be said that the only reason why their army is so powerful is because of how many soldiers and how much money they have. What are they when you take those two things away? Garbage. Sorry my American comrades, but in a pound for pound competition, you stink.

It wouldn't come to this however because hypothetically speaking, after taking that many casualties, they would resign.

To get that information, you can get an editor called QClone and open the gun file. It contains information about all the weapons in the game, including parametres such as range, damage, weight, etc. The armour information can be found in the vehicles file.

I'm trying to edit the images (all of them) in CC5 and I can't find anything that will read AZP or PIX files. What does everybody else use?

In August of 2004, Zappi, Homba, Bambam887, RedScorpion and MOOXE all pitched
in to create this Close Combat site. I would to thank all the people who have visited and
found this site to thier liking. I hope you had time to check out some of the great Close Combat
mods and our forums. I'd also like to thank all the members of our volunteer staff that have
helped over the years, and all our users that contributed to this site!
