I've just downloaded EL mod, i've put plugin into config manager and it seems that it works: i've get new units in forcepools but there's no new battle, ops or campaigns?! I've unpacked plugin (with winrar) with the same effect Any ideas whats wrong?

Did you download and install the map pack for the mod?
Kelly's Heroes is a great flick! Saving Private Ryan is also pretty good, if for no other reason than that opening D-day sequence. The Dirty dozen is another one I've always liked.
If I can cheat a little, though, my overall pick would be Band of Brothers.
Actually, man, the Steel Panther world at War version is ALSO free to download, although there's a high end version you can buy, as well.
My first computer wargame - War in the South Pacific for an Apple IIc...after that, there was Carriers at War. first PC one would have been Panzer General.
