With regard to Russian 82mm mortar, I think you will find that some were adapted in the field to fit wheels, while only the later variants were factory fitted with a wheeled carriage. Regards Jaywol.

Hi. I converted about five of these maps for CC3 about a year ago. They are available for d/l at the CSO site. I think some of the maps are Silo, Krasnoarmeyskoya, Red October West, Red Square and Loading Terminal. Look under CC3 maps d/l page at the site. Regards Jaywol.

Hi,

I found this site today and it's rather stunning!
I haven't checked the whole site out but what I've seen blew me away.
Not sure if it has any ehhhhhh "Hard" info though.

Hope you enjoy

Do you mean my site or another. I am hoping to add about a page of content per week and provide as much detail as I can find. Research, especially on the Russian items has been pretty difficult. Regards Jaywol.

When I first became interested in the Eastern Front campaign, having played CC3, I couldn't find much info about it on the web. A page here or there, but nothing devoted to the entire campaign. So I decided to create my own site and gather as much info as I could all in one place. For those interested the new site can be found at http://www.theeasternfront.co.uk The site is still in its early stages but I hope people find it interesting. Any tips or criticism can be directed via the mail link on the home page. Regards Jaywol.

Hi to any Clan members. I’ve been asked to promote H2H gaming at the CSO website and in particular any inter clan matches or tournaments. Would it be possible for people to e-mail me with coctact information for any clans that are actively involved in H2H online. Regards Jaywol.

In August of 2004, Zappi, Homba, Bambam887, RedScorpion and MOOXE all pitched
in to create this Close Combat site. I would to thank all the people who have visited and
found this site to thier liking. I hope you had time to check out some of the great Close Combat
mods and our forums. I'd also like to thank all the members of our volunteer staff that have
helped over the years, and all our users that contributed to this site!
