I have been playing an ops for a while now... ops started day 6 and am now on day 14 and it ends on the 30th. Several of my allied BG's have already used 1-time reinforce button, but now they have option to push it again. Why does the reinforce button reappear after already being pushed once? anyone else had this problem? what are your recommendations?

thanks in advance for the help.

PostForum: Total Realism Sub Mod   Posted: Sat Sep 01, 2007 5:32 pm   Subject: Re: Shrecks and Fausts
German panzershrecks and panzerfausts are not very effective in this "total realism mod"... my shreck round bounces off front of churchhill tank at 65m (2 times)... it has range of 150 m and 200mm pentration
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Panzerschreck (churchill front armor at most 102 mm) http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Churchill_tank

Moreover, fausts are now ONLY effective against vehicles!? how is that realistic... could penetrate from 150mm to 200mm of armor depending on version... http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Panzerfaust#Panzerfaust_150_and_250

Lastly, I had a flame halftrack that flamed a stuart light tank 9 times and not one crew member even wounded... thank God is AI or else my track would been done!

Besides these, the sounds are very cool and I think the infantry teams are much better balanced.

dude, if you want a challenge play H2H on gamespy... that is pretty much the only way to get good at the game and really have a tough campaign... playin against the AI, even in the vet mods, is pretty lame.

i have played lots of different mods... but i think GJS is my fav. i have been playing GC1 as the Germans at day 5 now... the allies have long since broken out of the beaches and all... but it seems that, whenever i play someone though and i win they say GJS is unbalanced and leave.... saying the Allies can never win and etc... i tell them that i have been beat plenty of times by other players who have played as Allies and i have in fact won a campaign as allies in GJS... so whats the deal with this GJS is unbalanced crap! i never use more than 3 tanks any of my games... and i lose mark IVs all the time... i'm mean is it legit that the game is unbalanced or do my opponents just SUCK!

i only have one BG with Mark Vs and have only fought one fight... so that is not the issue either...

In August of 2004, Zappi, Homba, Bambam887, RedScorpion and MOOXE all pitched
in to create this Close Combat site. I would to thank all the people who have visited and
found this site to thier liking. I hope you had time to check out some of the great Close Combat
mods and our forums. I'd also like to thank all the members of our volunteer staff that have
helped over the years, and all our users that contributed to this site!
