Thanks for your help. I have done exactly as you described to the letter. However, I still get the same error message: Sad

CC Error (video open failed)
Can't find the specified file. Make sure the file name and path are correct.

I don't know what's wrong, but it does still seem that there is a video file missing. I hope you can help because I would really like to play the old game.

I'm afraid it still doesn't work. I Uninstalled, cleaned up all the Temp files, ran RegSetup.reg and then reinstalled and updated to 1.0a, but the same occurs it tells me there are missing files in directory 'videos'.

Unfirtunately, the videos are missing from the downloaded version so the game installs, but will not run. Do you or anyone have the videos so that I can replace them?

Thanks for that, it's brilliant to have the game back after all these years!!Now I just have to work out how to load it in Win XP Smile

I have installed CC 1 using your tips, but it wont play. Could this be because my CD drive is G: and not C Confused

?

I was hoping there might be somewhere it could be downloaded from, but maybe that's just wishful thinking!! Smile

I've tried eBay a number of times with no luck. Thanks Anyway.

I used to have CC1, but cannot find the disc. I haven't played it for many years and wondered if there is anywhere i can get a copy?
