 my grand campaign locked up twice
1st time it locked a did another GC, then it locked up also, so i quit and just play the org
i love the stock mod, just wish it worked all way thru a grand campaign |

i like it ok, i prefer old school unit selection
maps are way too large for smaller units
and i have problems placing it on some of my pc's
org had it on my laptop, but that laptop is unusable now, desktops dont seem to want the game for some reason |

russian filmmakers made a huge Stalingrad movie, not bad but not great
Downfall has some nice scenes, i remember the SS unit all in correct camo(lol,holliwood never has germans in correct uniforms)
Brad Pitt is doing a tank movie, coming out in Oct in UK |

had my first crash on ccv, thankfully no loss.
running stock ccv with uniforms mod, dont think i have anything else
but my custom scenario GC crashed on Vierville map, can easily edit my force pools and destroy a squad or something to move past this map. but if any other ideas is my reason for posting |

TT was the original creator to this Mod when CCIV came out.
He has since not done any editing CC.
I like this Theater and his Mod so much I imported it to WAR.
The original thanks goes to him.
All I did was a lot of copy/cut/paste and some personal tweaks to get it into WAR.
I do however appreciate that you've enjoyed the Mod.
Made me feel really good to heat that.

Full conversion from the old TT CC4 VetBoB 1.13 and the CC5 Ardennes Offensive VetBoB 1.13 with all the new good things from WAR.
This Version hasn't been updated for quite a while and is pretty stable, this version with installation fixed, data updates and the original Vetbob flags from tactical battles.

i have i feeling i should thanked Platoon_Michael for this mod although TT had his name in the splash screen, i did DL it from a link provided by P_M!
Im back from long hiatus from CC, so im just being conservative until i know what is what

outside of some very small maps, this game is quite sound.

I love what the CC community does to stock games.
im not completely happy with PITF
so, should i buy gateway to caen?
lol, have a visa gift card to splurge with, but i really love WaR for all the old school force selection |

if u google osstruppen there are some good images of many foreign troops in the German mil.
lol, Germans are so often portrayed as the most racist during ww2 but actually were quite liberal. every race and major religion was in the german war machine.

i googled some mods before i saw dl's here
now have what i wanted as far as uniforms go
had some problems installing ccv on win 7, but over came that by installing on old pc with winxp. works great so far
just trying to get the old cc feeling back, working good so far |
