I made a new computer and after installing CCV it seems that i can't adjust the map scroll speed anymore.
The new machine is way faster than my old one but even if i set the speed to slow there is no difference to the fastest setting.
Is there any way to fix that or do i have to live with it as it's rather annoying?
I used to play almost every day but since i have this problem it's not really fun anymore. Crying or Very sad

Although i got a crash here and there it's a great mod and my favorite.
Maybe it's only my confuser or just another evil Microsquishy conspiracy. Wink
Kudos to AT_Capt_JB_Mac for making it for us. Very Happy

That's some great advice. Smile

Thanks for the quick replies. Smile
Oh sry, i forgot about the black ones. Embarassed
It was my first thought that it has something to do with the moral.
A few minutes ago i played GJS Black Devils, Bretteville map as germans and they all were veterans with excellent moral.
But still there were some with red circles.
I tried every Zugführergruppe but they were still red.

When you press space you see the circles around the teams.
Can someone please explain to me why some are yellow and some are red?
I'm quite confused about it and an explanation would be appreciated.
Thanks in advance. Smile

I had a crash a few days ago while playing operation 6th Airborne on an internet tcp connection with a friend.
It was the 2nd battle, the Ranville map, see screenshot.
We were fighting about the victory location and right when i started to move my SdKfz 250/9 out of the lower left corner, it crashed. Sad
I assume it was the vehicle that caused the crash.

I remember that from CCIV, on long distances the Panther was hard to defeat.
But as always it's only a matter of firepower and sometimes the crews aren't very smart Wink
My PzIII got them on a close distance and the Firefly was also rounding a corner.
But one thing was a bit strange, when the Firefly took out the Tiger, the gun pointed in a 90° angle away from the Tiger.
It stood pretty close to a house at a street corner, maybe that prevented it from turning the turret.
But i'm not sure.
That wrong angle thingy happened in CCIV sometimes before i patched and updated it to truegreen.

I just played Villers Bocage and shot a Sexton and a Firefly with a Flammpanzer III, i didn't expect that.
The Sexton with the main gun and the firefly with the flamer.
But only after each of them destroyed a Tiger. (good job on the 8.8 sound btw.)
Looking forward to run into one of these 25 pdr guns. Wink

As a german i must admit i never played allies. Cool
But there are some AT guns on allied side that can be a pain in the arse Wink
I installed the 1946 mod yesterday but it kinda messed up the game and i had to reinstall it.
Played it for a couple of minutes and found a flammpanzer which i really enjoyed.
What a surprise it was to find something similar in your mod, what a mean machine that is!
That's why i started to play on ELITE.
And i really love the new sMG 42 sound, great stuff.
I haven't played much since the reinstallation but there was another dodgy game shut down.
But unfortunately i can't remember where or when it happened.

This is my favorite mod so far, thx for doing it.
But i also have a problem with the game crashing.
I had to reinstall CC5 yesterday and start to play it on ELITE.
Somehow i always played in on LINE.
I started to play Lingevres/Tank action in the Bocage as germans
and while i was moving my units into position the game closed. Sad
I can't wait to dl the new version. Smile

I'm new too but you should be able to establish a direct connection.
Both of you need the same type of internet connection, broadband or modem.
I play with a friend, he has adsl and i have dsl.
We use the Internet UDP or Internet TCP, not sure at the moment which one of them it is.
Choose your type of connection and as host:

Host a Game (your ip should be shown at the bottom)-->Select a Battle-->Ready

The host has to disable his firewall, otherwise it won't work.

The options for the other player:

Host IP (type the host's ip into the popup)-->Search for Games-->Ready

That should be it and if i forgot something you should be able to figure it out. Wink
