FYI I managed to get the mod working despite not being able to do a Full Install of CCIV from the CD (I can only do a minimal install due to scratched disk).
You need to
- create a Maps dir straight after the minimal install - follow the Kreta install instructions - follow the NoCD install instructions - use regedit to set 'IType': just press '1' and 'enter' as soon as you are in the editing field.
If using XP, probably should set 'Windows 98' compatibility to all executables involved too.
