Thanks that's a good idea, I didn't know you could use the "Arrow Keys" Very Happy

I just installed Close Combat 5 on my windows 7 and even tho I selected slow scroll speed in the options the game scrolls insanely fast lol

Is there any way to slow it down again?

I just installed the VetMod for Afrika 40'41 and noticed the following:

NB: For a new CC5 experience change registry HKEY/LOCAL MACHINE/SOFTWARE/Mattel Interactive/Close Combat/5.01 DiffLevel value to 03

I wanted to try this, but was unable to figure out how to find the registry?

I was also wondering once you install the vetmod.....can you uninstall it? or is it permanent?

I noticed when I used my M13/40, their A/T capability is extremely high. The Italian A/T Gun cannon 47/32, (which the M13/40 tanks also use) depicts their actual A/T capability.

For example I was able with my M13 to destroy a Matilda Mk II from almost half way across the map easily. A Matilda Mk II has 78mm of armor which should have at least taken a couple of hits before it was completely destroyed.

Just wondering if anyone agrees with my opinion.

P.S. Don't get me wrong, I still love this mod and appreciate the hard work that went into it Very Happy

Unfortunately my C: drive is a 100 MB system backup. While my other drive D: is my main hard drive. I just found out that I would have to do a complete reformat to switch the letters around Sad

Hi, When I try to uninstall Afrika '40-'41 using CvgV13 I keep getting this error:

Failed to copy System\Original\CC5.exe to C:\Program Files\SSI\Close Combat Normandy\CC5.exe (Error code=3)

I did a full install of CC5 plus the patch. Also the game runs properly when I play the Mod.

Does anyone know what problem is occurring?

Hey all. I recently acquired CC5 and have been trying to play in under Windows XP SP1 on gamespy. It'll launch the game, but all I get is a black screen. Someone suggested it might be a router problem, which is possible. I have a Linksys wireless 802.11g router and connect to it wirelessly with my PC. As far as I know, the firewall is turned off on the router. I don't have a software firewall at all.
