Hello, there...old time CC player here...just had a vague run through of this thing...vs AI, German Elite vs Allied Recruit (or whatever it is)...

...and after a 2 or 3 days, it started to become easier than I expected, especially when that Panzer group entered in the south. It plonked down at Veghel and destroyed 2 Sherman-containing groups, etc. Also had a couple of other groups south of Veghel that wouldn't be shifted.

But, the Veghel bridge was blown, see...as were all but one of the bridges just south of Nijmegen...and a few of my other groups in the north were starting to go south.

So, do the Germans have the ability to repair bridges...?...I'll play this again soon, but I wonder if I should blow the Veghel bridge...or, indeed, any bridge north of St Oedenrode.

In August of 2004, Zappi, Homba, Bambam887, RedScorpion and MOOXE all pitched
in to create this Close Combat site. I would to thank all the people who have visited and
found this site to thier liking. I hope you had time to check out some of the great Close Combat
mods and our forums. I'd also like to thank all the members of our volunteer staff that have
helped over the years, and all our users that contributed to this site!
