In Perturabo's weapons stats mod (which is very good on many fronts).....as much of the default CCMT is an utter joke....

I am curious.....while smartly upgrading the body armor wore by U.S. Forces ....He has this level up to an 12..... Yet looking at the states most of the AK-47s and AK-74 have no greater than a 10 killing power...at any of the various ranges.... Doesn't this show that AK-47 fire than will not be able to scoore a kill shot on U.S. Forces?

I'm in the procress of creating my own weapons, soldiers, team, etc mod....and looking into this...

With select SOF units now using (have been) the HK-416 as their primary weapon..... How can I go about putting this gun image into CCMT?

I know how I can tweak weapons / stats to place this weapon within the game.....but how can I create / input an image of an HK-416

The above (picture) looks absolutely great - Is this game really coming out? If so, when? Is there any ETA whatsoever?

Even just the ability to rotate the map (still from the top-down-2D view) would be great.

As is, I can only view the map for the one angle - is there any way to spin the camera angle when looking to view the map?

I have tweaked and editing my CCMT - For many of the weapons errors - Have created my own SOF /SEAL / 75th Ranger units, etc, etc.....

Is there any chance I can just get these other updated / mods...in the worksheet form. Not as the mod - Where I have to install.

I would like to just use the worksheet to add to....what I'm already doing....but not replace all the work that I have done.

Thanks! I swear I had seen elevation details when playing prior....but could not seem to get them to pull up last night.

Also, do all infantry have the same ratings for "speed"? Meaning, I don't see anywhere within the worksheet/book which has a speed attribute for infantry solidres.

Am I missing it, or is there a way to tell the differing elevations on a map? outside of hitting the fire key and seeing if you have an LOS?

Even then, it doesn't really tell you the elevation levels, etc.

Also, how if you give a fire order to you give a STOP firing order?

Regarding this issue - Of Veteran units breaking down to quickly when under fire......Is there any areas / values (other than morale and experience) that can influence this happening (and help DECREASE it)?? Within the txt. files in the maind data base??

I would ask for Matrix to take a serious look at making "elite" soliders (those rated a 5 in both categories) to be much less likely to "break down in battle"......as this happens MUCH, MUCH too often for such an elite type of solider.

When using 5 rated units (elite) we should be able to expect much (at least quite a bit more) out of them - As is, they breakdown during battle much to easily.....(cowering, hiding, etc, etc).

Does anybody have trouble spotting enemy units?
Recently my whole infantry unit was killed by a mortar teem from 20m and it was in the middle off the street while I couldn't even see them! Enemy stasy hiden even while firing at my units from 30m or less. I played CC2, CC3, CC4, CC5 and spotting was better maneged there and was easer to see enemy.

I can concur with this some - After some limited play testing....albeit..

So, when is this close combat thing going to be fixed?
Close combat is non functional now, because soldiers can get stuck for whole game or slaughtered in idiotic way.
It's ridiculous when whole elite squad gets killed by a single recruit just because half its members have frozen with assaulting/firing status and half is crawling around aimlessly Evil or Very Mad .

Has this been addressed yet? Any fixes?

Great looking mod - Any chance you could email me your "workbook" where you have made adjustments / tweaks to the actual weapons values.

I would like to use them.....your work......inside of the tweaks / adjustments I'm working on....

Thanks.
