wanted to try something different.
Kind of like the mod, there were a few crashes, but the main thing that got me and will probobly keep me from coming back to it was the "immaculate" aim of the AI!! Even men in ambush, unfired and out of site get hit with the one shot volley!! AMAZING!!

Its been a while since I've fired up the ol'close combat machine but for the life of me I CANNOT get the Poland '39 mod to work! I have the .pln file and when I use it the music and units are correct but the battles, maps and campaigns are the original version...
In August of 2004, Zappi, Homba, Bambam887, RedScorpion and MOOXE all pitched
in to create this Close Combat site. I would to thank all the people who have visited
and found this site to thier liking. I hope you had time to check out some
of the great Close Combat mods and our forums. I'd also like to thank
all the members of our volunteer staff that have helped over
the years, and all our users that contributed to this site!
