I too have uber scrolling so I use the keypad to get around sometimes.v

I get the same deal. blt drawing error.

P4 3.0e
MSI 865PE Platinum
2gig infineon 3200 CAS 2
MSI 6600GT
160 GB SATA 7200
Audigy 2

I fixed it by disabling Direct Draw and switching to 98 compatiblity mode.
To turn off DD go to RUN/type in dxdiag and disable Direct draw in the Display tab.
