I am not sure what it means to clear my cache.  I tried using firefox and still getting file not found on server.  I tried multiple downloads.  How can I be the only one with this problem?

I am not able to download any files in the download section.  After I type the code and click "go get it"  it sends me to another page with the error 404 file not found message.  Why is this not working?

How do people normally find opponents?  I am looking to start a grand campaign, preferably with the GJS mod but it does not matter.  I am new to CC5 but have a lot of experience with playing multiplayer in CC2.  I would be able to play late on weeknights and anytime on the weekend.  If anyone has any suggestions for finding an opponenet I am all ears.  Send me a PM if interested in playing.

set it to windows 98 compatibility that should do it.

Setting to windows 98 compatibility does allow the game to work for gamespy, but if you set to 98 compatibility and try to play mulitplayer in the game by itself you lose all options to connect. Therefore make sure you switch compatilibity back to normal when hosting or joining games directly through the game.

In August of 2004, Zappi, Homba, Bambam887, RedScorpion and MOOXE all pitched
in to create this Close Combat site. I would to thank all the people who have visited and
found this site to thier liking. I hope you had time to check out some of the great Close Combat
mods and our forums. I'd also like to thank all the members of our volunteer staff that have
helped over the years, and all our users that contributed to this site!
