thanks TWJunky.....alot of play testing gone into armor/ammo/composition and other stuff. no were not planning on porting those changes to vanilla LSA. have fun with the mod...H2H is the best  |

yes...interesting observations mooxe. it did appear in the GJS group GC that repair was minimal at best ...and like you i did see 2 or 3 axis vehicles and 1 or 2 allied that were damaged come back but they didnt come back as much as in GR and i's H2H GC's that we have had.....IMO in those it appears that the 40% come back works.
im wondering in GJS too ....because supply ...and what is supposed to be in supply and not in supply....the supply function in LSA is wonky and particularly in GJS...that were seeing this in the repair % ....seeing a lower % repaired even tho we see the BG in supply. does that make sense?
cohesion in the group GC worked IMO...the german doesnt get to rest his BG's as much in a GJS GC so when we did...it was noticeable. |

Im still reserving judgment.....the more i use them the more im kinda liking them....they can be taken out by a single shot by a tank...ive seen that a couple of times now but usually there tougher than that. not sure yet tho..... |

just wanted to chime in so i get e mails when someone posts here...but ya...what gamerat just said.....i think allied airstrikes are important to the GC....and i still think its some how MAP related...at least thats what i seem to see in the many many GJS battles ive had over the last few years. |

IMO it blows....still got major issues in MP....the MP game timer is the biggest issue. it can be slow...and that wrecks the game completely...even tho ur game system is way above the game requirements. is matrix listening to us as we play test there FN game again....not really...the usual ..either they don't believe you or they just say we will have a look and then NO feed back.
save your money..... I quite playing it and went back to LSA / GJS mod.... |

some of us agree that the accuracy of weapons...mostly tank guns etc are just stupid...yes...you cant hit the broad side of a barn at 50 m...been there seen it many many times. according to matrix they did this on purpose in LSA and after...to cut down on the 1 shot 1 kill. IMO and others as well ...they went to far.
new to LSA and after CC games is the issue of suppression. suppression plays a huge factor now in how your troops react and the " accuracy of there return fire " this is mostly what your seeing derzimtstern. when your squad comes under fire and if it was under fire 1st from enemy fire...its accuracy and amount of return fire goes WAY down. the only to stop this is to retreat out of LOS and enemy fire and or gain fire superiority thru bringing in other squads to support you. this is even true in tank duels...if you don't get the 1st shot off...theres is a really good chance ur going to lose the tank duel. [ not always but....] one of the few guns that can counter this to a point is the German MG 42...because of its high rate of fire. |

I started table top wargaming when I was a kid...too long ago to remember I have close to a thousand 25 mm napolionic figs I don't use now. I started playing CC at CC 2 and was hooked.....love CC. my favorite right now is LSA / GJS mod. stock LSA isn't that great per say but love all the game options it has. IMO it was the pinicle of CC for that....all the stuff we wanted in a CC game. matrix finally listened...then after LSA took some of the options out....sigh.
I have great hopes for the bloody first....hoping Matrix listens to the people who buy there games and improves on it to make better CC games.....so far im not getting my hopes up in that dept........sigh |
