how does CC handle reeinforcements on the ops and GS's inc mods. do battkegroups get more troops and tanks as it progresses or what?

i also read somewhere that youve got to save after a battle in an op or a GC then reload or the game doenst update losses etc. is this true?

ive downloaded stalingrad mappack2 from another website but installation guide points to a different mappack. is the one ive got ok?
