Do anyone have some news from Ortona mod Confused
I just bought a book about this battle, and I can't stop reading it.
As I like to play as the germans, I was wondering the battles of the 90th panzer grenadier and paratroopers against the alied in Italy.
Regards,
Rob

Hi robg.

pt send me all the maps for Ortona mod to add some details. The work is in progress... I think I could do most of the work over incoming holidays.

So much for the maps.

Hi dodam,

I'm not a mod maker, but If you need some information, just tell me.
I've seen some of the wonderful maps in CC Camera, and I can't wait to see the mod running. Smile

Cheers,
Rob

Hey Rob,

I'm also looking forward to the outcome of this mod. I helped PT for a bit with coding one of the maps he made. Also i know dima is working on the data. i don't know any details but i hope he is ready with it on short notice because scheldt and omg are waiting Wink

Cheers buck

If you are short of everything but enemy, you are in the combat zone.

Hi Buck,

You have always great news !!
Do you have any idea of the battle groups that will be in the mod ?
About OMG, as Ortona, if you need any research, please tell me - that's the only way I can help.

Regards,
Rob

it's alive, just didn't make it for this year release. Dodam and Dima are working hard on different parts. when those are finished and i code the 20 leftover maps it will be 90 percent done.

It it better this way since both Dodam and Dima are going to make this mod much better looking and historically corret.

CC lives on!

In August of 2004, Zappi, Homba, Bambam887, RedScorpion and MOOXE all pitched
in to create this Close Combat site. I would to thank all the people who have visited and
found this site to thier liking. I hope you had time to check out some of the great Close Combat
mods and our forums. I'd also like to thank all the members of our volunteer staff that have
helped over the years, and all our users that contributed to this site!
