ok heres one for all you military history buffs out there... go to google and type in French Military Victories and then press im feeling lucky , not google search......
It's even funnier given that France created a European Empire that stood for close to 1000 years, ended said Empire by conquering most of Europe, had one of largest and most brutal and enduring colonial empires, has the strongest land Army in Europe, has one of the largest military fleets in the world, has the best military aircraft in the world, and is the only country besides the UK with technological military capabilities that match the US and . . .
provided the military might that created the United States of America . . .
so at the very least Yorktown should show up under French victories (the British offered their surrender to the French but as an extra insult the French made them give it to Washington.)
oh and the French are better at sex than everyone else too.
it is true the french do have a fine military tradition,since the end of the 100 years war in1430 or somethink and the 1870's (begining of franco prussian war)they dominated european warfare but since then they aint done squat.resting on there laurels i'd call it.

sorry about double post ,new here.to the above ,the french had a 1000 year empire,when must of missed that 1,the french have got the the largest army in europe,why?the french have got 1 of the largest navy's,why?the french had a large colonial empires,true in comparision why other europeans nations,(it must be said that most of there colonial gains was bought by the blood of foreigns fighting in the FFL)but what did they have,n/w africa,fly and sand.french indochina,rain and malaria,french guyana in south america,more rain,more malaria all very valuable im sure....not,opps nearly forgot about french polynesia were they now poison the local habit with there nuclear testing.
