Confused
thank you for the iso... no problems there, my disc is working fine... except=>

the installer thinks that I have less that 200MB of disk space when in fact there is over 28GB

the windows32 info program thingy that is on the disc returns the correct disc space when run on its own, but the istaller picks up a weird value that makes no sense... I have install the typical instead of the full version! most frustrating...

any ideas?

thanks

just some clarification:

1) done all sorts of things to try and trick the cd - reboot, reinstall, defrag, volume checking.

alles ist in ordnung, as they say in German

Even stranger: I removed a lot of old programs to see if the extra free space would show up but the installer still has the same figure! Where it gets this from I have no idea but it is static and it is not the actual free space on my drive.

The autorun.inf seem to point to the correct msinfo32.exe for system information and when I run this program it returns the correct figure. I cannot work out where the hell the installation program is getting its figure from...

Confused

Do you have any other Close combat games installed already? That seemed to happen to my CC2 game as well when I had close combat 3 or 5 installed and tried to install 2. You may have to uninstall those 2 in order to get CC2 to work correctly. then you can reinstall other versions and it should work ok

In August of 2004, Zappi, Homba, Bambam887, RedScorpion and MOOXE all pitched
in to create this Close Combat site. I would to thank all the people who have visited and
found this site to thier liking. I hope you had time to check out some of the great Close Combat
mods and our forums. I'd also like to thank all the members of our volunteer staff that have
helped over the years, and all our users that contributed to this site!
