I would love to have a mod about the war in Italy. I was anxious about Ortona, but there has been some time I don't hear any news about their progress on the mod.
Thanks Ercan, I will vote for Mediteranian: Italy

I voted for modern, I think it would be cool to have a campaign like iraq or something like the red storm rising mod. You would need large maps to facilitate the tank battles so battle groups would have to be bigger. |

I vote Battle for the Bulge!
Yeah. CC4 doesn't give me a flexible reserve pool, but I love the map.
This time they should increase max number of teams up to somewhat 50-70.
I thought we can all manage that.
Could you believe an army crushes through a battlefield of 500m width with just 100 people?
But I thought the game company has turned to first-person-shooting...
may be we had better put our hope on those valiant civilian modders ... |

that's not good for every combat game to be a fps because originality will be gone. they need to stick the turn base strategy games more. |

man i really hope it goes into an overhead view but with some 3d textures cause cc5 really doesnt do hills really well. Would love to see it in italy just with the current engine its not going to happer.
I would really like to see an updated strat map, on cso someone was mentioning that maybe u could have 2 divisions on 1 map or something... that would be cool
my two cents

My preferences would be:
1) WW2 Italy
2) I would also like to see a circa 1982 Warsaw Pact invasion of West Germany scenario covered. From a purely commercial viewpoint there must be hundreds of thousands of us that spent a good part of their youth preparing for this one. I think it may have had more in common with the German village strongpoint defence of the countryside around Caen portrayed in GJS than the steamroller Blitzkrieg by Soviet forces often imagined.
3) The CC5-era AI needs more a-g-g-r-e-s-s-i-o-n. I don't know if it is my imagination, but the AI in CC1 and 2 provided a challenge that CC5 never has (no matter how one tweaks it). |
