I recently purchased an NVIDIA video card and get crashes on all Close Combat games with the following message :

Informs the direct draw that the previous BLT which is transferring information to or from this surface is incomplete .

Any advice is appreciated .

START / RUN / DXDIAG.EXE

now go to

DISPLAY

Now disable Direct3D
