Hello my friend Very Happy

I did a little searching and found this site very usefull as it has a number of personal accounts of the fighting, some good photos, and a few good battle maps

http://www.bluespader.org/uploads/aachen/01Cover.htm

Arrow This site looks very promising if you are looking for aerial photo recon for free but it is down for updating for a few days

http://www.evidenceincamera.co.uk/

Arrow These last two are for photo recon and for links for some good looking books about the fighting in and around Aachen, but are both for purchase only

http://www.militaryunits.com/photos.htm#West%20Europe

http://stonebooks.com/archives/030831.shtml

Hope i could be of some assistance

Are you planning for a mod about the Aachen / Heurtgen forest are fighting?

Lono

In August of 2004, Zappi, Homba, Bambam887, RedScorpion and MOOXE all pitched
in to create this Close Combat site. I would to thank all the people who have visited and
found this site to thier liking. I hope you had time to check out some of the great Close Combat
mods and our forums. I'd also like to thank all the members of our volunteer staff that have
helped over the years, and all our users that contributed to this site!
