yes,its called a plugin manager or CFGv13.
u may have to redownload some of the files as they need to be in plugin format.
so u have a single standard cc5 install,which is 5.01 patched.
and u have ur mods in the plugin manager which u can then switch back and forth as much as u like which maybe take about 2 minutes for some of the bigger plugins on a slow pc.
the maps will just go in the maps folder.
most of the well known mods r available in this format.
do urself a favour and check out the how to guides section in the top left corner of this site.
some mods may have conflicts with others most notably Okinawa and Bloody Omaha which is being updated now and will be available soon,so it is worth waiting for it to come out.

In August of 2004, Zappi, Homba, Bambam887, RedScorpion and MOOXE all pitched
in to create this Close Combat site. I would to thank all the people who have visited
and found this site to thier liking. I hope you had time to check out some
of the great Close Combat mods and our forums. I'd also like to thank
all the members of our volunteer staff that have helped over
the years, and all our users that contributed to this site!
