I bought CC4 just to get to play with the Rocket tanks that dont have to be in line of sight to fire rockets but found out that there is only one level with the rocket tank in it...
How can i add more Rocket tanks to a user created Campaign for CC4? Is it possible to add rocekt tanks to Vetbob 1.13 for CC4?
Are there any mods for CC4 or CC5 with Artillery Rocket Tanks that arent limited to line of sight? .
The reason why im asking is because I find it much more interesting and challenging to play CC when defend object and/or stealth tactics are critical .
Hope someone can help me with this

Can you add them from the first day of the campaign?
Will i be able to load the campaign and modify the locations of the battlegroups?
Can you make 5 battlegroups on each side with 2 rocket tanks (3 on german side (that arent limited to line of sight when firing rockets, which is what im looking for )) escorted by 2-3 tanks + infantry(2-3 recon teams, 2 AT teams, 1-3 medium-heavy MG + Rifle and assault teams and platoon leaders ), and normal battle groups( with AT, mortars, cannons, halftracks, light tanks + infantry battlegroups for defence, and 3-4 tanks battlegroups (with 3-6 tanks per battlegroup) for offence). That would be great
Could you also change the name for the plugin to Vetbob Rockets+ ?
This would make Close Combat to what i bought it for and make me very happy.
You can use CCReq (CCreq for xp) to balance, since it has a point system just for that purpose displayed in the units stats in each unit, and the point value for the whole battlegroup displayed on top of both sides.
You can of course also add 1+ battlegroups which are more mixed according to your style. Thanks again

What you want might be BGEdit for CCIV
You just gotta be sure to direct it to the right folder.
In your case with VETBoB that would be in the system/packages folder of the plugin manager.
A very easy tool to use I might add.
You may however also need Qclone to cross referance for the vehicles/tanks you want.
How to i use this tools?
BGEditV12.exe Just crashes when i start it and says "BGEditV12.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience", why does it do that? Im jusing Windows XP, dell dimension 8400.
Which program do i use for removing the limitation of the Rocket tank ability to fire above terrain obstacles in vetbob for CC4, and can/should i replace them with rocket tanks from CC4 regular without affecting the ingame portrait of the rocket tanks in Vetbob since the RT in vetbob Has 480 rockets but has cooler portraits?!
Also, can I just modify the Battlegroups in the scenario editor in Vetbob or CC4?

Yes I can make it so...

No I can't. You must copy the new files manually into the game.
As far as the rest of your request, it's a tall order....You would have
to make alot of changes the only thing I can do for you is add Rockets to the Battle groups of your choice...
I got BGEdit to work for CC4, but now im very interested to get the regular rocket tanks(german and allied) from CC4 to Vetbob . Is that possible? Best result would be doing it without overwriting the Vetbob portraits of the tanks , but thats not crucial.

Thanks Ernie_M, but the american rocket tank has 480 rockets and it has a very slow rate of fire, while the german rocket tank has high rate of fire but very slow reload time . Could you maybe change the German and american rocket tanks so their rate of fire, ammo and reload time are like the rocket tanks in CC4 regular?? Can i use BGEdit for this to?
You dont have to do this, it will probally be a problem for me to build a campaign in vetbob when i dont have a point system to use when balancing the sides. My main interested for Vetbob was the artistic design(but the sound is kinda over the top, its actually quite annoying) but I think CC4 regular will do fine. I figured out how to use BGEdit, so ill probally build a Grand Campaign in CC4 regular(using CCreq for point balancing) and use the rocket tanks from there, but thanks for the support. Is there any other point system balancing program for CC4 other than CCreq that I can use for the CC4 Campaign im gonna build?
