Hello,

I'm new to these forums, but not to the Close Combat series. I used to play Close Combat alot before (4+ years ago), but stopped after a while. My favorites would be Close Combat 3 and 5. I like German vs Russian battles best, and I love the Strategic Map in CC5.

I have a question: Are there many players who play Close Combat 3 and 5 online? I'm wondering as I didn't have Internet access back in the day when I used to play; I only played single player, and over LAN on a few occasions.

Hi Barbarossa, if you look up top of page there is a d/l gamespy option. most ppl i know play there. if you can't find it its www.gamespy.com

There are between 10 and 30 players online at GameSpy during the week. Sometimes less if its really late. Look forward to seeing you.

I'm waiting in the Close Combat 3 lobby in Gamespy at the moment, if someone is interested to play a little bit.

Also, my MSN address is Leonidas [at] mail [dot] nu and my Xfire is actionhank88, in case someone wants to play with me sometime in the future, some CC game online. I'm available most of the time during weekends, and from ~16.00 to 23.00 during weekdays.
