Hi

I've tried to install GJS 4.4 and Meuse 1.3 both with the same result.

I'm pretty lost here. I got 5.01a patch installed and the game is working. I have created a folder called "Config manager" inside "close combat normandy folder" maps are pasted into the maps folder. pln's in plugin folder... Everything should be in place. But still i get this weird message when i try to Install a mod...

Plz help me

Reinnstall the game and the patch, it should help. IIRC i've repaired that by making the file exist.

I try to do that. I'm sure that i will work because I have tried to do just that once before. But hey what the heck it doesnt hurt to try again...

I have had this problem before, I think I fixed it by uninstalling the game and manually deleting the config manager and any part of the patch that was still installed somewhere, then reinstalling the whole lot again.

Phew that sounds diffucult, is there some kind of tutorial that can show me how?

Still no luck... I reinstalled the game. I erased all evidence of the patch "that i know of" including the what i could find in the WINDOWS/temp folder... I installed the Config manager according to the MOD install guide... the game was patched and working.. Then after trying to install the pln file. I got the same error as in thread #1. See above... ???

any suggestions?

Well I found the problem.. A file had a bad name. had to rename it. Now it works... Thanks for your help Searry and Cowmando.
