Micheal,
Lets talk about CCIV and modding.. now don’t get too happy yet. I have a couple of ideas but its important I get some details about the limitations about CCIV modding first.
So simply enough, what ARE the limitations of moddng it? What cant seem to be done?
Right now.. VERY preliminary Id like to look at adding all new maps, a new strat map and modifying (Not overhauling) teams. But this is just in theory right now.
Whats the deal with making a GC withCC4 anyhow.. selecting how battlegroups randomly show up is something I haven’t done.. is that hard?
Can't be edited as far as I know of are.......
The Allies not being able to move on first day of a GC.
Weather
Air supply drops
Air Support
I have a hex edit # around her somewhere for the Barrages but never used it.
Red Circle placement on the mini-stratmap when viewing map detail screen.
The RTBTool has some liimitations as to what can and can't be relocated.I don't recall all of them off the top of my head but I remember 1 being the strength slider bar on the Command screen,Support icon #'s, but as long as your not looking to do a complete overhaul of all the buttons etc etc your ok for lift off.
Hopefully Aetius and yukongold will help me if there's more im missing as I never got that far.
List subject to change
And hopefully pzjager reads this and consisders doing the graphics to import his mod.

In August of 2004, Zappi, Homba, Bambam887, RedScorpion and MOOXE all pitched
in to create this Close Combat site. I would to thank all the people who have visited
and found this site to thier liking. I hope you had time to check out some
of the great Close Combat mods and our forums. I'd also like to thank
all the members of our volunteer staff that have helped over
the years, and all our users that contributed to this site!
