last few weeks i have had almost no CC,i cant bear to H2H,and beta testing...well i wont go there again.
So i finally got to tidy up the PC, i sorted my iPod,individually went through 1800 songs(briefly) anything older then 1990(except for a dozen classics) got deleted,i found some 150 duplicate songs, some 50 so poor quality not worth listening to, got out my CDs and reloaded to 320bit quality from 128bit, tried the full WAVE but 1411 just took so much space!
went from 8.2 gigs to 5.60 to fit my old 6 gig mini ipod, getting a 8 gig nano for fathers day next month(yes backwards down south). i over 4 days, about 10+ hours sorting this crap!
didnt drink,so i cleaned my uber HomeTheatrePC(tri core) in loungeroom, made vista 64 WindowsMediaCentre finally read DVDs loaded to the HDD to watch Like a DVD but in 720p quality(upscalled). also made a 400 gig HDD my primary TV recording drive(less skipping now as a 160 gig HDD is operating system ONLY) and a 500 gig HDD for DVD's i copied to watch only(then delete).
spent time looking for a new career! need to get out of metal trades, getting so sick in winter from chest infections, colds flu's,sick of dust, welding, and general manual work! trying for field officer(placing apprentices in jobs) or a training role with apprentices. anything really...
i have this flashes too sometimes, fixing hardware stuff, cleaning registy manually after 1 year of use, browsing ebay for books and old pc-games. While doing so i usually listen to audio books so that i can claim i learned sth.

In August of 2004, Zappi, Homba, Bambam887, RedScorpion and MOOXE all pitched
in to create this Close Combat site. I would to thank all the people who have visited
and found this site to thier liking. I hope you had time to check out some
of the great Close Combat mods and our forums. I'd also like to thank
all the members of our volunteer staff that have helped over
the years, and all our users that contributed to this site!
