Now we can edit the base files thanks to the fantastic workbook but how can we edit the other files? I think that our tools from always can not edit the ScrnGadg.gdg, GameGadg.gdg and CCImages.pix

The old standard tools should work for those graphic files; ScrnGadg.gdg, GameGadg.gdg and CCImages.pix.

Thanks by answer all, I needed to know if the error was from me.

What about from Xtank? and can the azp files from the original cc4 to run on this new cc4?

Yes to XTank, although these days I prefer using RTBTool for unpacking and repacking azp files.

Technically, the CC4 azp files would work, you would just have to go through and make sure all of the names match as far as shadows, wrecks, vehicles and data files.

Thanks by the fast answer, and yes I find better RTBtool but by a error on my computer made probably by some hidden that by the moment I do not know, this tool does not run. But as you tell, CC4 azp and probably CC5 azp files have not problems running on WAR, I have tested with CC4 Vetbob1.13 files and I have not problems, they run very well and I told on other thread some days ago that I did not see differences on this files.

Now I would one strategy map tool or a small guide about to make one new strategy map. It can not be too difficult.

I am hoping to have an upload later this week that will include sample psd files, spreadsheets and basic instructions. It had been so long since I had did the Stratmap.txt for WaR, that I forgot how to do one part, and I didn't make notes on my original spreadsheet.

In August of 2004, Zappi, Homba, Bambam887, RedScorpion and MOOXE all pitched
in to create this Close Combat site. I would to thank all the people who have visited and
found this site to thier liking. I hope you had time to check out some of the great Close Combat
mods and our forums. I'd also like to thank all the members of our volunteer staff that have
helped over the years, and all our users that contributed to this site!
