I'm trying to edit the images (all of them) in CC5 and I can't find anything that will read AZP or PIX files. What does everybody else use?

U need gadgetmunger or RTB tool.
Recomend get both...
Start with gadgetmunger..
Fined em under Download, mood tools

Gadget:

RTB tool:
http://www.closecombatseries.net/CCS/modules.php?name=Downloads&d_op=getit&lid=2015

The azp, you may considder X-tank, fast & "easy"...

If they dont work you may need to look here:

Cant remember, but some of the CC-tools need java 3805, and then install 3810 on top of that, dont take 3810 first..
And if that dont work then take the netframe.

Both RTB tool and gadgetmunger will extract the images for editing.

You can then edit them with your favourite graphics tool and then repack to play in the game.

Oh yes, one more thing, the unpacked files is 16 bit TGA files, when u edit em you must save em as 16 bit TGA, or it will not repack corectly and will not work in game.

Sirs,

RtBTool will do the job (and more) when you are using the latest version v2.24 from this site:

http://www.ftf.claranet.de/

The new version is online since two weeks or so:

Cheers and good luck

In August of 2004, Zappi, Homba, Bambam887, RedScorpion and MOOXE all pitched
in to create this Close Combat site. I would to thank all the people who have visited and
found this site to thier liking. I hope you had time to check out some of the great Close Combat
mods and our forums. I'd also like to thank all the members of our volunteer staff that have
helped over the years, and all our users that contributed to this site!
