When I try to install the mod. Plugin does not have a install.txt file.

Are you using the 64bit Operating System?

If so the problem is that the OS puts 32bit programs in a different program files directory than 64bit ones; \Program Files (x86)\

Thus the path to the actual CC game directory doesn't match the plugin manager's path.

Edit: CC5 mods do not work on TLD

If you're using a 64 bit windows use move  close combat to c:\Program Files and edit the registry with regedit. perform a search with close combat

Once Close combat is installed it should be located there C:\Program Files (x86)\SSI\Close Combat Invasion Normandy\CC5.exe
Move the folder to C:\Program Files\SSI\Close Combat Invasion Normandy\CC5.exe
Launch regedit.
Search for the text Close Combat Invasion Normandy
You should see from time to time a path with C:\Program Files (x86)\SSI\Close Combat Invasion Normandy\CC5.exe
Change the path  To  C:\Program Files\SSI\Close Combat Invasion Normandy\CC5.exe

Et voilà

I did change the registery thing
and now I get error Code=5

I found what was the problem you gotta run it as an admnistrator

Do i load just invasion normandy,or the whole thing with the mod,then use regedit.i used regedit and it didnt find anything.please help.thank you
