Had no replies to my last question which isnt actually a problem but this one is . im trying to use Groof2 and i have loaded my two 16 bit ( uncompressed ) tga's into the programe , no problems there , the two images show with no problems . After setting out my roofs and save the rfm.file , the test game does not recognise the file at all . any suggestions as to whats wrong as im using paint shop pro to save both my interior tga file and exterior tga file .

yeah, you need to add the .rfm in the file name, the program doesn't do it for you  ie (map.rfm)

Yea i did that such as map001.rfm , but later for some reason when i recoded the map it worked so i may be out of the woods, or bocage !!!
