I have a problem with plugin installation. The Config says that Install.txt is missing.
The problem is that I don't know where to get this file, because I didn't find it
in the .zip files at all. Neither I know how to create such a file.

Could you help me?

You know, I'm just a normal guy like everyone else. Why, my friends say, "Andreus you're just so cool because you're normal just like everyone else." Yep, normal that's me. - Fallout 2

I'm not sure whether this is the first time you have used config manager or not but I suspect that there has been a problem either in use or when its been setup.

Install.txt is a text file created I think by config manager when it produces the packages folder for each mod.  If you look in the packages folder System/Packages/'your mod' the text file should be there.  If it isn't then try the following.  Exit config manager, delete the appropriate package,  Make sure the pugin is in the plugins folder and then fire up config manager.  That way I believe it should produce another packages folder for your mod and another Install.txt file.  If you open up the text file you'll see it has all the details in there that are required to install the mod.

In August of 2004, Zappi, Homba, Bambam887, RedScorpion and MOOXE all pitched
in to create this Close Combat site. I would to thank all the people who have visited and
found this site to thier liking. I hope you had time to check out some of the great Close Combat
mods and our forums. I'd also like to thank all the members of our volunteer staff that have
helped over the years, and all our users that contributed to this site!
