Hi all!
This is my first post here. What I'm trying to do is to mod snipers in the game to make them have better accuracy and longer range just to make them more deadly. Question is how can I do that? Do I need to use some tool/software or something?

I already made some changes, better accuracy and longer range for snipers, lower weight for BAR soldiers and few other changes, so far so good. I'm getting the hang of it.

Has anyone figured out which base file rows should not be altered because of hard coding issues?
I know that there are general instructions not to mess with grenades, artillery and flamethrowers. What I seek is: do not change rows x, y and z, with specific numbers given for each file.
