GC correct possession neutral map at start in 1.0

Fpools adjusted the amount

Alsteams sniper can take Vl

Use gc rules, the  vetmod rules and setting as image, so you've got a exciting and never boring vetmod.

Has this Mod been updated to support the latest patch from Matrix?

And wasn't there some graphic errors in the first release?
were they corrected?

I use the .07 version, I don't know what's new in .14, but I think if there are no additions or removals in the txt file, but only changes in data, vetmod can also operate in the .14. There is a readme of .14 for what's new?
